This course provides a comprehensive study of the concept, principles, dynamics, and modes of Christian leadership. Emphasis is placed on biblical foundations, theological and ecclesiastical requirements of leadership, and the recruitment and formation of leaders. Biblical leadership models—including the Joseph Paradigm of Leadership—are critically examined alongside contemporary leadership and organizational theories. The course equips students to lead churches and Christian organizations with integrity, competence, and spiritual maturity in African and global contexts.
